CorvusPay ensures complete secrecy of your card data from the moment you enter it in the CorvusPay payment form. Payment data is transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with complete information about your payment card. Also, the data is inaccessible even to employees of the CorvusPay system. An isolated core independently transfers and manages sensitive data, keeping it completely secure.

The form for entering payment data is secured with an SSL transport code of the highest reliability. All stored data is additionally protected by encryption, using a cryptographic device certified according to the FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard. DELIVERY AND ORDER TRACKING

After the Seller receives notification of payment for the product(s) ordered by the Buyer, the product(s) is sent via the delivery service to the address indicated by the Buyer as the delivery address. All orders received are sent the next morning to the delivery service for their delivery. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are sent for delivery on Monday.

For every shipment, the recipient certifies and signs the delivery list upon receipt of the shipment. Pursuant to the provisions of the Law on Obligatory Relations, with the certification of the delivery list by the recipient, it is considered that the shipment was delivered in an undamaged condition and after that, the carrier is released from any subsequent liability.

If the recipient does not exist at the specified address or the address is unknown, the delivery service will try to get in touch with the recipient to agree on the exact time and possibly another delivery address. In case of impossibility of delivery, the shipment is returned to us. We undertake to deliver your order promptly if you have filled in your information completely accurately and truthfully.

FREE DELIVERY

For orders over 50 BAM, delivery is free for the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Delivery deadlines are informative and the Seller does not assume responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or any other problems beyond the Seller's control.

The delivery time is expressed in working days and starts running from the day the delivery service took over the package for delivery.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS AND CLAIMS

Pursuant to the Law on Consumer Protection, you are authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, and pursuant to Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Law on Consumer Protection, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the purchased product that is the result of handling the purchased product.

You can unilaterally terminate the contract using the aforementioned form or by any other unequivocal statement in which you express your will to terminate the contract on a durable medium.

The right to unilateral termination of the contract is excluded by law in several cases, and these cases are as follows:

  • if the service was fully fulfilled, and the fulfilment began with the express prior consent and with the confirmation that they are aware of the fact that they will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the service is fully fulfilled;
  • if the subject of the Contract is sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery;
  •  if the subject of the Contract is goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other things after delivery;
  • if the subject of the Agreement is the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings, or computer programs, which were unsealed after delivery;
  •  if the subject of the Contract is the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscription contracts for such publications.

You are obliged to return the goods without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day you notified us of the unilateral termination of the contract.

Gala Group Ltd. determines in cooperation with the suppliers to which category the returned product belongs after receiving the product.

You will receive notification about the status of the returned product and the amount of the refund within 10 days via e-mail. Refunds will be made no later than 5 days from the date of notification.

According to the Law on Consumer Protection, you are obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the product yourself if you use your right to unilaterally terminate the contract. In the event that you order goods and refuse to receive them without reason (the packaging is not damaged), Gala Group Ltd. has the right to deduct from the paid amount of the purchase price the amount of the direct costs of returning the product.

Additional tips:

  • take a good look at the characteristics of the products listed in the offer when choosing the product;
  •  do not accept the product if the packaging is damaged, but draw the attention of the delivery person to the damage to the packaging and ask them to return the product to us or call us and inform us about the damage ( 095 385 21 53 ), because otherwise it is considered that you accepted the product with undamaged packaging;
  •  if the packaging is undamaged and you have received the product, carefully remove the packaging with as little damage as possible, because damaged packaging reduces the value of the product;
  •  to inspect the product and if there is any visible damage (e.g. a broken part, scratched product caused by transport or storage) inform us as soon as possible and return the product without using it;
  •  if the product has no visible damage, inspect it and if you are not satisfied, you can return it, but do not use the product;

Gala Group Ltd. is responsible for the material defects of the things it sells on its website in accordance with positive regulations, especially the Law on Obligations of the Republic of Croatia.

CONVERSION STATEMENT

All payments will be made in kuna (HRK). If you use a credit card of a foreign issuer for payment, the price expressed in kuna will be converted into the local currency in which the foreign issuer issues an invoice for the costs charged to the credit card. The above-mentioned conversion will be carried out by applying the exchange rate agreed between the foreign issuer and the credit card user, and therefore there is a possibility of deviation of the amount for which your card will be charged from the original price listed on our website.
