These conditions determine the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and complaining about the products offered on this page. The Prirodna.com website can be used for your private use without any fees for use, and according to the following terms and conditions.

The seller is Gala Group Ltd., and the buyer is a visitor of these sites who fills out an electronic order, sends it to the seller, and makes payment via credit card or cash on delivery.

ORDERING

The customer orders a single product or more products via the electronic order form.

Any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information and submits the order is considered a customer.

All prices are expressed in Convertible Marks, with the VAT included. Additionally, the customer has an option of displaying prices in Kunas, US dollars and Euros.

The goods are ordered electronically, by clicking on a specific product and adding it to the shopping cart.

The product is considered ordered when the customer goes through the entire order process and receives a confirmation of the completion of the order processing

PAYMENT

The ordered products or services are paid online with one of the following credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro or Visa.

DELIVERY

The ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling.

When taking over, the buyer must check the condition of the shipment and, in case of damage, immediately report the product to the delivery person (employee of the company that makes the delivery). The seller waives all responsibility for damage that may occur during delivery.

If the buyer does not receive the goods, or the delivery notice, after they were sent, within the expected time, the buyer has the right to notify the seller about this so that actions can be taken to find the shipment or to send a replacement shipment.

If the buyer refuses to receive the ordered goods, the seller has the right to ask the buyer for reimbursement of all costs related to delivery.

The seller undertakes to send the shipment to the buyer the moment he receives the confirmation approving the online transaction. After receiving that confirmation, the seller undertakes to send the shipment within 5 (five) working days.

After the delivery company (the delivery company) receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery and possible delays and problems that may arise in connection with further manipulation and delivery of the goods.

If the buyer chooses the product download option instead of delivery, the seller undertakes to send the information exclusively in the form of an e-mail to the buyer, which will contain download links and instructions. After receiving the e-mail (download notification), the customer can immediately start downloading the product.

CLAIMS

The seller undertakes to deliver a product which is technically correct and corresponds to the product description listed on www.prirodna.com. The image that illustrates the product on the website does not have to correspond to the actual appearance of the product, so the customer cannot make any claims in this segment.

In case of a technical malfunction of the product, the seller assumes full responsibility. In case of technical malfunction, the buyer is obliged to make a claim for the product within 14 (fourteen) working days. To report a technical defect, the buyer is obliged to return the technically defective product, unopened or used once, by mail, along with the invoice, after which the seller will send the buyer a replacement product within 5 (five) working days, without any compensation. The seller reserves the right not to return funds or exchange products if the above conditions are not met or if he believes that fraud has occurred.

The seller is not responsible for possible damages and other obligations that are in the domain of the delivery person (the company that performs the product delivery operations).
