Gloria Natural Cosmetics was founded in 2014 with the desire to make nature accessible to everyone because gender, age or social status should not be an obstacle to well-groomed skin. Authentic, unique and natural – a natural addition to beauty. From the very beginning, we have focused on the development of high-quality products with the aim of ensuring the satisfaction of our customers, as well as the employees who form the foundation of our business. The long-term mission is to become the first biocosmetics brand in Bosnia and Herzegovina and a renowned, recognizable and exclusive brand in the European Union

By applying the principles and requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015, we strive to achieve constant improvements through the improvement of business processes within the company and good coordination of all business processes. The quality management system is based on the principles of orientation towards satisfying the set requirements and fulfilling the expectations of our customers. Our main focus is the quality and safety of all our products, which is also a prerequisite for developing optimal partnership relations with customers.

Our customers have confidence in us and the products we offer on the market, and we believe that the trust achieved is due to quality, which represents a platform for us to achieve sustainable growth and development. Trust based on quality, reputation and high standards that we have been setting since 2014, when Gloria was founded, is our basic commitment in our daily work and in all business segments.

To this end, we continuously work on the education of all our employees, as well as on building and strengthening awareness of how important quality is. Adhering to all the guidelines of the ISO 22716 standard, we guarantee that our business is in accordance with good manufacturing practice in the cosmetics industry. With this approach, we ensure the placement of healthy and high-quality products on the market, with which we retain the trust of our customers. We pay great attention to continuous investment in the training, education and advancement of employees. Educated, motivated and satisfied employees, their knowledge, experience and responsible attitude toward work are prerequisites for the best results.
